hello,
first, i've been to a othopedic, and she
sent me out for a x-ray,
came back negetive.
Next, my othopedic did a series of pulls,
and pushes,
on my left leg, and said I had a slight
movement. (?)
and I felt a little pain, when you push my
leg down,
while on my belly
next, she told me to take, some fishoils,
and other herbs,
msm, chondronitin, and glucosamine, and no
gym,
no kung-fu, nothing. (

)
so, after 7 months, I went back,
and she did her leg pulling test, but this
time,
it would seem my leg has improved
but, it was still clicking, and grinding
coffee ( not as loud),
so, she shedule a mri to be done,
well, after 1 hour and 20 mins, got back,
last week, my doctor, read them to me...
Okay: for all you med students..
Here the report from the mri doctor:
findings - there is no evidence of a joint
effusion. Only a minimal amount of fluid
is seen in the joint. The cruciate and
collateral ligaments appear intact. The
menisci appear preserved. No signal
abnormalities were demonstrated to suggest
the presence of a meniscal tear. No bone
marrow signal abnormalities were
demonstrated.
Impression - no evidence of meniscal or
ligamentous tear.

so, negetive ,
why then sometimes, my left gives out
while walking,
or when doing knee bends, from left to
right, I can hear
in my left knee, grinding sounds, and
click, plus have slight
pain, on the inside at the joint level,
with allittle fluid.?
Trust, me at 6:2 and 240 lbs, jumping up
and down,
on the bb court, I can feel the jump and
my left knee,
not as bad, per 8 months, before but still
there.
When I clean the roof, last week, coming
down off the latter,
i can feel the click and grinding sound
coming from my left knee,
but, the doc, said all negetive?
So, anyone ?
Please note: that is the only joint where
I feel pain,
and yes, 8 months, before it use to swell
allot, just doing
normal things..But now it only swell a
little.
Thanks-
rick
