You may not have any libido because your
body knows you're still caring for a young
child!

I feel for you 100%. I had my son in
March and for months I felt awful. I was
so tired and felt miserable all the time.
I went to my doc in August, because I
couldn't get out of my own way. It was
way more than just a lack of sleep because
of a baby. She tested my Thyroid and
found that it wasn't working properly. My
TSH was 194 which I guess is really high.
She thought that the stress of being
pregnant may have been the cause. I
started on a generic Synthroid and though
I'm still not back to my normal level of
energy it's getting better.
Good luck!

Eiri- I figured that was it but I have a
friend who breastfed and she said it
wasn't as big of a problem for her. It's
extreme. I don't want to have sex at all!
If someone was to tell me right now that I
wouldn't ever again, Id be completely ok
with it. lol. I laugh but I'm serious!
Mommy35 - Glad to know it's not just me. I
will check out the thyroid problem when I
get some health insurance . I felt exhausted
all through my pregnancy too. It just
sucks because its hard for my husband to
understand how serious I am when I'm
complaining about being so tired all the
time.
Thanks for the replies!

Well, just because your friend was fine
doesn't mean you will be lol! Every woman
reacts differently. I'd get checked out
for sure.

It's normal. I lost my sex drive the
second month of being pregnant with my
first child. I was 30. I finally got some
sex drive back after 10 years. During
those 10 years, I let my dh have me about
couple times a month. I could do w/o even
those times. Now, I start my
perimenapause, somehow I want sex now
before I completely lose the ability. But
my want is still only 3 times a month,
anymore than that is a burden. At least
there is a desire for me now.
