Frenulum Breve- Are there Exercises to make it Longer? Posted: 10-31-07 05:41am
I am 33 y.o. and I have frenulum breve.
It's not too short, so I can pull back my
foreskin almost normally. I can have sex
too, but there is always that fear of
tearing the frenulum. I often feel
discomfort, and often feel slight pain
during first entering... Also, sometimes
after sex, I feel pain and then I know I
made some small injury on it. Also, when I
pull back my foreskin, the glans is pulled
down by frenulum. I know there is some
small intervention which can fix this
problem, but because I actually can have
"normal" sex without some bigger problems,
I would like to know if there is some
other way to make the frenulum longer.
Some kind of exercise or something like
that. I heard some corticosteroidal
ointments can help.. Can someone help me?
Please!

Hey Posted: 11-01-07 00:07am
becareful bud...I actually ripped my
frenulum while having sex...I put it in
and felt a sort of sharp pinch and when i
pulled it out there was blood all over...
it didn't completely rip but most of it
did...I cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide
and put some neosporin on it.... the cut
healed after a few days and i was
literally traumatized by it but as a
result i can now pull the skin back much
further.
If you masturbate you can help elongate
the skin by using plenty of lube... keeps
the skin moist...
