Post Tramic Stress Fibrofimylia causing panic attacks, fear

Is any familiar with it she siad that is an abuse I had a a child I have pain, panic attacks, migaines and an 100 lbs dog with all my doors looed and drapes drawn and i have frer It has got so bad that I don't leave my house unless I'm with someone anf that is not often. All ot this has gotten worse shewe moved to marin county the tears fall all the time. Does anyone have any ideas and or know a book i could get a on the subject because I don't think Itake much more. The doctor is sending me to a psychiatist work out of the trama and she thinks the pain will all go away after the door is opened in my mnd and heart, She even writing a letter to the person who did thid to me even though hes dead sorta like conronting him. I know i can't go on like this . I have agreat deal of stresst right now my mother has had cancer twice and I don't think she will last much longer 4 families in the last year and my oldest is going through a messy divoice and has 2 kids and has come doen with argorahopia and panic attacks and she live guite away from her so Ican't help because of that and contdition thanks for listening and any suggesting
