Hi All Im New Im 15 Weeks Pregnant And Worried Posted: 11-01-07 12:11pm
im 15 weeks pregnant and i noticed when
wiped my self there was like a jelly like
discharge looked like snot i dont think
there was anyblood in it i did phone my
diabitic midwife and she said not to
worrie and its normal but i am going to
phone my other midwife at 2
is this my musucs plug if so wot is going
to happen to my baby im very worried
well i spoke to my other midwife and at
first she said it was a show then she
asked how meny weeks i am i said 15 then
she said to rest i said can i come down
and get checked over
so i went down and heard my babys heart
beat for the first time
and said not to worrie its prob just
discharge only worrie if their is bright
red blood or if its green or starts to
smell
i feel a prat now lol
has any one else had this happen to them

it is completely normal . it is discharge
and it is your mucus plug building. You
can expect to have discharge throughout
your enitre pregnancy.

ahh welcome to pregnancy
you cant stop the discharge
its completely normal
my best advice:pantyliners
mine is so bad i have to change it atleast
5-6 times a day!

Yep. Pantyliners will be your best friend
throughout the rest of your pregnancy.

also, your mucus plug rebuilds itself so
if you do lose it (or some of it) it's not
a big deal.
