It's prob decay. In many offices an exam is only around $50. I'd say it's worth the money. Early intervention will help him LOTS. Plus they'll prob put a lil flouride on his other teeth to prevent further decay.

Yea. Decay is what causes a cavity.

The way your teeth are CAN be genetic. So if you're more prone to cavities, ANgelo might be. THe same with his daddy!

sucks to live there man! here our kids get free dental upto 12 yrs old...

and yes decay is when it rots...and like sarah said it can happen even with the most care through genes! some have hard strong teeth naturally some do not!

dont stress theyre only milk teeth and it can be fixed and dentist visits are important ......once he gets his adult teeth youll have to really bring him to the dentist ..you dont want those rotting..

a little advice ...since he has weaker teeth , you might consider giving him juice from a straw ..it doesnt stay in the mouth like a reg cup would and the sugars wont get on his teeth and cause acid wear.

Also, if you DO bring him to a dentist, as them about "MI PASTE".

My mom is a dental hygientist and gave me 2 tubes to put on Oni's teeth after each brushing. It's to protect the enamel, especially on the newer teeth that she gets!!

Trust me, if you're brushing twice a day, you're doing GREAT!! A lot better than most mommies out there.
Down here I see kids with ALL silver teeth. And they're only 2/3 years old! It's sad!

I'm not 100% sure. But I don't think so.

You can look, but I really think it's something a dentist gives you.

Oh, and you're welcome!!!!
