My mom will be 80 in 6 months.She has
started seeing people that are not there.
I am wondering if anyone knows what this
might be?

Dont think your mum is crazy it could be
old age or maybe she can really see people
just cause you cant see what she can dont
mean its not there talk to a doctor if
your that worried

It could be dementia-- you need to
Validate her. talk to her about it as if
its real. for instance if she sees a guy
you could ask her what he is doing. it
could be just linked to something in her
past or someone that she knew. there is a
book called the
Validation theory(i think) its really good
and helps deal with this kind of thing
