worries me because once i transfer to
irratable and depression moods i tend to
be highly aggresive. to add to the
question when i consume alchohol i become
abnormally hyper and extremely violent
when angry or provocted. could this be

I think we would need more info. Bipolar
is characterized by more like mood
swings...so, most often we say "extreme
highs and lows" meaning periods of
mania/hypomania and periods of depression.
The problem is that the mania or
hypomania can manifest as irritiblity and
/or agitation.
From what you say, this aggression only
comes during your depressed times, and of
course is made worse by alcohol
consumption (which I think anyone would
say, if it's liek that, then AVOID it!!!).
The key to the brief paragraph you wrote
is tha tyou did not talk of problems when
you are NOT depressed. Unfortunatley, you
cuold be having mixed states, dysphoric
mania/hypomania...there's jsut no
telling..........
WHICH IS WHY...you shuold see a doctor if
you are really worried or if this gets in
the way of your day to day functioning.
Aggression scares me, but does tend to be
more common in men, young men...
