I posted this is "Back Pain Forum" also, but I talk to you girls more and even though it has nothing to do with pregnancy, I thought maybe you could help:
It feels like I just have a knot right up underneath my left shoulder blade, no biggy, happens all the time. But then, yesterday, my left arm starting aching. It hurts when I breathe, yawn, cough...everything...even in my chest, from my back. Any idea what this could be? It is so bad, I break down in tears!!

It could be a pinched nerve. If you've had the pain constant, you may do something everyday to iritate it (i.e. sleep on it wrong every night). But since it got intense and spread, it would make sense that it's a pinched nerve that simply got more pinched. PLEASE don't take this as a diagnosis, I could be wrong so PLEASE go to your doctor. It could also be your heart. It's called refered pain and that's why your left arm goes numb when you're having a heart attack. Your doctor will probably check your breathing and heart beat and everything just to make sure.

I hope it goes away, but again if not, please go to your doctor. Good Luck

Thanks for your answers! The pain did go away within the next couple days. I think it was a mixture of stress and sleeping wrong. Thank you though!
