I have constipation once a month and have
been to a doctor he says put more fiber in
my diet that hasnt helped. but stool
softeners and laxatives make me have
accidents im 15. I have a nanny whose
agreed to help clean me up. shes thinking
of buying me diapers, and wipes. what
should she get me Pampers, Luvs, Huggies,
Pull-Ups, GoodNites. please shes agreed to
put them on me and change me because shes
tired of cleaning underwear what should
she buy?
Please help, im scared and need protection
I dont mind having to wear diapers and
think its a good idea. This is really
serious though i need help

Well, there are those diapers for
incontinence that may fit you better,
since huggies are for small children.
But hasn't changing food helped you?

Get a size that's comfortable (a big size
but not too big) and something that is
quite "tight" - so that you can wear
trousers.
