Is This a Panic Attack? Posted: 11-04-07 19:32pm
One time I got put on a trial
subscription(whatever it's called) for
anti-depressants. I'm fifteen. They were
supposed to make me feel nauseous. About 5
days later, I went to the bathroom, and
suddenly my body got really warm.
Uncomfortably warm, like I had adrenaline
in me.
My head started feeling light, I was a
little dizzy, and i started breathing
heavily. eventually, i threw up. I did
that for a couple of days.
When I went back to school, lots of other
people had been as sick as I was.
But now, since last night, I've been
almost having panic attacks. I was sitting
at my computer, and my head felt wierd.
Then I was started to have a panic attack,
but out of nowhere, I decided to
masturbate and the panic attack went
away.
Then today in the car, I started getting
one. I was about to tell my dad when it
went away. Since then, I've been starting
to get one, but before it started to be
worrying it went away again.

The first one honestly sounds more like
some kind of sickness than panic. And
since then, you could just be anticipating
and fearing them so much, you're almost
bringing them on. Know what I mean? Calm
down, you'll be fine!!
