Quick Question.... Posted: 11-04-07 21:00pm
I think I forgot to take my prenatal pill
today. But I can't remember. Should I take
one now or just wait till tomorrow. I may
have taken one but I can't remember. If I
did take one earlier and I take one now
would it hurt the baby you think?

If you can't remember for sure if you've
had one or not, I'd suggest waiting until
tomorrow. It would probably be best to go
a few hours without it than to take too
much. In my nutrition class I learned
that too much of vitamins can be very
harmful. You'll be fine though if you go
one day without it. The vitamins are
still in your system from taking them for
so long, and I'm sure you get some of them
through your normal daily diet.

I've heard that if you forgot, or think
you forgot to take one it's best to just
wait till tomorrow, and start again. Your
far enough into your pregnancy that one
day won't hurt nothing. i've done it
before too. I just wait till the next day.
