If you wiped off all the sperm after you
ejaculated and washed your hands but didnt
wash your penis all the sperm is gone
right?

There could still be some on the tip of
your penis unless you washed it.
Inserting it into a vagina afterwards
as-is would run the same risk of pregnancy
as pre-ejaculate would, unless of course
birth control was used.
