Good Medicine to Clear Out Nose ? Stuffy & can't sleep Posted: 11-05-07 14:08pm
The past week or so, I have had either a
really bad cold or really bad allergies.
My nose is really stuffy to the point
where I can't sleep at night. My nose
will be too stuffy to breathe from, so I
breathe through my mouth and my mouth gets
dry so I get up to get water and the cycle
just repeats. I've tried Benadryl, but it
hasn't worked that well for me. Does
anyone have any ideas to help me unstuff
my nose and sleep better at night?

Do you usually have allergic rhinitis and
chronic nasal congestion?
Do you have frequent sinus infections,
asthma or other respiratory problems?
Have you tried a nasal lavage with salty
solution?

Nasonex is a steroid, so you can't use it
with out doctor recommendations.
There are also side effects of its use,
like nose bleeds, sores in the nose that
won't heal, trouble breathing, vision
problems, flu symptoms and more.
You can try some home made remedies to
clear up your nose.
