how do u know in the very early stages like the first 2 or 3 weeks, how can u tell does anything noticable occur this soon??

it depends on the woman. For me it first started two weeks after ovulation happened and then 7 weeks into the pregnancy the culprit was morning sickness. I can't believe I"m having a boy. they say usually girls u get sick just depends on ur body. every woman is different.
