im wondering if i might have genital
warts. they appear as very small skin
tags, i have one or two on the base of my
penis and a couple on my inner thigh. they
are skin colored and not clustered. they
seem to appear after shaving. i have
ripped one or two off and they have not
come back but others seem to have appeared
after shaving, can u offer and info?

Do you engage in sexual activity without
proper protection??? That's definitely the
way to catch genital warts!
Next time you do this, try not picking
them off and see if hair grows out of
them. They could just be ingrown hairs
from shaving... it's unfortunately a
natural result of shaving. Try shaving
WITH the grain of the hair. You won't be
as smooth, but you'll have less of these
skin tags to worry about.

You could have genital warts. Genital
warts are flesh colored and look like skin
tags.Go to the doctor ASAP.

i strongly advise going to the doctor, my
boyfriend thought he had skin tags, turned
out to be gential warts, and now ive
contracted it.
so i really recomend going to the doctor.

It's a virus and is transmitted whether
you have the tags or not. That's why
condoms are nice, they allow you not to
swap fluids, which lessens the chance of
getting it.
But yes, it could be. Mine showed up after
I shaved too. Go to the doctor, they can
check. If you don't and they seem to
spread or you get more of them, then yes
it is most likely warts, then you MUST go
to the doctor.
