I have lower cramps, my breasts are tender to the touch. I feel nauseated my lower back hurts. But I took a pregnancy test and it said not pregnant. I have spotting but not a normal period. Any answers????

Take a pregnancy test at the doctors. My first 3 pregnancy tests came up negative, even though I was pregnant.
