I have started getting siezures about
1980, got on dilatin and was ok except
when I forgot to take my pills . No bad
side effects . Im six foot five inches
and 240 pounds and 43 yrs old. Im getting
real tired of taking these pills.
Decieded to go have a mri . I did and the
doctor found a two centimeter mass andhe
was not sure what it is so im currently
taking other test right now. Mri, mria,
eeg, ctscan. Dont know the results yet
but im worried. I think this mass or what
ever it is might be the problem. Any body
out there had a problem like this.

Hi billm,
i was wondering if they did and mri, ct,
etc. Back when they initially found out
about your seizures and put you on meds?
Did they find something then?

did they find the mass on your right
frontal temporal? Have they slept
deprived you yet? (hook you up to a
monitor and watch you with a video) have
they put both sides of the brain asleep at
different times, and tested your speech?
Maybe i'm going to fast. Are they
thinking of doing surgery? My name is
jamie, i've had sacr tissue on my right
frontal lobe and they removed it. So if
you have any questions i'm here. I'm 44.
This hit me at 38. I tried all kinds of
meds a nerous. I ended up at u.C davis.

I found one of your other post. I read
that u have been taking meds for 24
years.
Well my story goes like this, I was
having auras for 15 to 20 years prior
before I had my first gran mal. I had no
clue what was going on when they slowly
started coming. The last year they were
coming alot due to stess not happy with
the man I was married to. I left him in
march of 98, I had my first gm in may of
98 I had a aura first. They found the
mass of scar tissue on my right frontal
lobe. I went to 4 or 5 neuros, they all
told me b.S. (brain surgery). I thought
they were crazy. Meds were'nt working. I
was getting worse. So when I lost my best
job and driving. I went for the surgery.
They took out 4 centimeters on the lobe.
