I had a quick question - When people with schizophrenia use "word salad" and are incoherent, do they know? Or do they think that they are completely understandable? Thanks in advance!

sometimes yes.sometimes no.it depended on who i was talking to.i think most people viewed me as "trippy",but i didnt get the connection
