I had a baby february 16th, 2004...About 7
weeks ago. I was in great shape before
the pregnancy and I weighed 115 pounds.
I weigh 135 now and I was wondering if
anyone knew any diets that actually work
and also I really need to know what
exercises or workouts I can do to lose
weight from my butt, thighs, hips and
tummy and also tone those areas at the
same time. I'm desperate! Please
help!

I would suggest that you try pilates
&/or yoga both have specific exercises
for specific areas like those you
mentioned plus yoga at elast also has a
meditation side to it, which might be
useful with a new baby. Plus both these
can be done at home (get a video of each
or tape one from a tv show) while baby is
asleep.
