omg!!tonight im having th worst lower back pain.....its the bad!!
ive tried laying in diffrent postions and it doesnt seem to let up...ive gone to the bathroom...gotten up and walked around my house....drank water everything!! i have no idea what to do next or if i should head to the er cuz im in labor....pregnany is so unpredicable and stuff i really just want the pain to go away....anyone got any suggestion?

im 36 weeks 4 days by my edd but my u/s are reading a week ahead
this is my first baby
so feel free to help me out plz

ive had horrible back pain for my entire pregnancy
