I was on it for a year and a half, and I
went from the shot to Yasmine and stayed
on it till I got off B/C altogether to get
preggers, on the Yasmine I lost close to
20 lbs in a few months bye curving my food
(I craved less with the pill) and wasn't
as tired all the time so more engery to do
more stuff.
Good luck!

Can't tell you to much I did lose about 5
lbs when I switched. But had some problems
for about 9 months with my other bc so
we'll see now that i'm on a new one again
and hopefully my body straitens out! But
currently I'm on Lo ovral. I've heard Yaz
is good too!

i was on the shot for a year and gained
some weight, i stayed off b/c for almost a
year to try and regulate my periods
because i would have them for almost a
month at a time and then it would stop for
a week or so and start again, now i
switched to ortho lo and my periods are
still really irregular but it's only been
about a month and i forget to take it
because i am not use to takeing something
everyday. but i did loose a lot of weight
and it is noticiable.
