I am a 44 year old single mum. I have been
having severe feelings of de javu
accompanied by nausea, tingling and a
depleting of energy afterwards. I feel as
if I am living a dream I have had before
but am unable to recount it afterwards. I
feel like I am losing it! although when it
is over I am back to normal. I got on to
the internet and typed in de javu and I
can't believe what I saw. I know I am not
alone! This is the first time I have
acknowledged that someone may be wrong.
It's hard and a bit scary.

Look up depersonalization. Does it sound
like that?
Other than that- go see a doc. You will
want to make sure there is nothing
neurological wrong, and if there is
nothing, go see a psych.
