Yeah, Rob got fired this morning.

Evil or
Very Mad Mad

he woke up last night PUKING his guts out and practically slept in the bathroom on the toilet. Still doing it right now, poor guy.

Well, he called his boss this morning (same boss that told him the other day when he clocked in at 6:02 that if he was *late* again hes fired Rolling Eyes ) and his boss goes, *we're gunna have to have a talk tomorrow* and Rob was just like, *ok, sorry, man i cant help it.*

Well a few minutes ago, the lady from human resources called and told him they were "Ending his assignment at Parsons"

What

The

HELL.

So today officially SUCKS ASS.

He transferred to Parsons when we moved here.

apparently so.

Illinois is a *right to work* state, as was Florida, so they can fire him because they dont like the way he dressed.

I wish he'd get on with a union, and actually work FOR Caterpillar instead of thru a sub-contracted company.

There goes our insurance.

So much for my reversal.

*sigh*

I would take it up with the labor board. If he has worked there that long he should be allowed at least a few sick days.

hes in the den as we speak online looking for another job.

He'll find one, im not worried about that.

Its just how freakin rude that boss of his is, and how all this planning for my tubal reversal is down the drain because his boss is an asshole.

lol

yeah right.

we were going to take a few days durring christmas and go see my parents. Well, his boss flat out told him no, that he was going to be working 6 days a week, 6-5:30 til further notice.

i think it was intentional to piss Rob off.

And they get 1 personal day each year after their vacation, and Rob took his before we came up here.

well im sure i could if i can go thru the process of convincing yet ANOTHER insurance company to cover it.
Plus we have to wait minimum 90 days to any insurance to kick in.

Thankfully my kids have a back-up insurance thru Illinois Healthy Kids.

Yeah that sounds like a good try. Here too you can't get fired if you provide a note. Actually the clinics now start charging for notes because people were abusing!

he works 12 hours a day six days a week with no sick or personal time? that's just ridiculous. i don't think i'd want to go back to a job like that.

Oh sandy... I'm so sorry!

I hope that stupid man gives Rob his job back, but he shouldn't have to put up with a situation like that. If nothing else this may be better for Rob after all. That man sounds like one hell of a power-tripping douche bag.

Also, I didn't know that you were looking to get a reversal done. I'm SURE it'll all turn out okay! Insurance companies do not have the right to tell a loving mother that she will not be allowed to have more children Laughing But really though, I hope the transition (if you end up having to make one) goes well. If not then there are always payment plans!
