Hello. I've been researching this a little
and was wondering if it is recommended....
I have no problem with constipation or
anything really but think that it may be a
good idea for me as:
- I have a horrible diet
- Am lacking energy and motivation
-
REALLY would love to have more
glowing skin and complexion
- Deal with depression and anxiety
However, I have NO clue about the methods,
products or expense of this kind of stuff
and am a little nervous and well....
scared.
Can someone recommend a product or should
I see my doctor and ask? This (for some
reason) is something i prefer to do
discreetly. And what should I expect
after.... do you spend alot of time on the
toilet, will it affect work or normal
routine??
PLEASE let me know if this type of
thing does not help ANY of the things i
listed above....
.... Am i even in the right area to ask
this??
