Well I have a loott of little white bumpy
(just a bit bumpy) spots in my upper arms,
shoulders, chest and back. I used to get a
lot of acne there, I still do, but not as
much and I'm more careful with it. I used
to scratch it a lot, so my skin in those
parts doesn't look too good. Well I went
to a dermatologist, and I asked her what
the white spots were, I didn't know they
were scars.. but she said they were
keloidal scars. The thing is, when I
googled keloids, everything I read said
they were red or pink at least. Mine are
not pink, they're whitish, lighter than my
skin color.. So does anyone have any idea
what it is?? Thank you.

I've heard that this can possibly be an
overgrowth of candida albicans, which is a
systemic yeast. Trying cutting out all
sugars (breads, rices, sugar) and see what
happens.
