HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have brething i cant brethe propely it feels tight and my troat seems narrow i work in a garage as a mechanic so could be brething in the wrong stuff does ANYBODY KNOW WHAT IT COULD BE IM SO NERVOUS ABOUT GOING TO THE DOCTORS BECAUSE IM SCARED IF THEY SO IT IS SERSOUS AND CANT CURE IT please anybody please get back to me im begging its gets more badder when i think about it but when im working on cars and im busy i dosent seem to bother me at all weird really but no pains or anything yet i hope PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME ITS REALLY BOTHERING ME ANYBODY

It sounds like you might be experiencing a panic attack ... in that the symptoms appear the more that you think about it. I see that you're in the UK where the medical care is universal. Screw your fears and get to the doctor's office! Because whatever the diagnosis, at least you can start to take steps to treat it!!!
