I am 28years old and wudlike to marry my
uncles daughter(daughter of my mothers own
brother). I heard that this type of
marraiges leads to gentic problems for the
offsprings/born children..,What are the
ways to solve this type of
situation..shall we go for any Gentic
counselling or any genetic tests before
the marraige. Kindly suggest me.

this forum is to help people so if you
don't have anything smart or nice to say,
let it be...
by the way it is not illegal. Marrying a
relative closer than that (sister etc) is
but it is perfectly legal to marry a
cousin)
if you're worried about genetic problems
i'd go talk to a doctor about that. if
there's a high risk of having problems you
can always adopt kids...

illigal
and yeah your kids could have a genetic
disorder. its inbreeding

surymed yes if you marry your cousin and
have babies then you are certainly
increasing the risk of genetic diseases.
You see we all have a certain number of
detrimental deathly diseases genes they
don't come out because they are recesive
so when you expose two recesive genes then
those diseases can show up and that's why
you shouldn't reproduce within your close
relatives. But if your love is so sound
and strong and provided it is legal then
marry her and if you want to take your
chances then have the baby and be willing
to accept if anything happens or choose to
adopt. The ball is in your court.
