Had a Us Today

So i had a US today. My fiances mom wanted
one more shot before she's born to see if
we could see her face. She weighs 5
pounds, and 7 oz. I thought she would be
more than that. Is she small for me being
36 weeks on sunday? And the tech said that
she's VERY low. They almost had to put the
US thingy on my crotch lol to see her
head. Does that mean she's working her way
down? I'm really excited though. We did
get a face shot, and she has my lips, and
chin! lol It just made me SOOO much more
anxtious (sp). Oh and they said that i
have low fluid. It's at a 10. Is that bad?
Not really sure on that department. Just
thought i would share!

yayshes low! just like kristen! that means
shes putting lots of pressure on your
cervix which could cause you to dialte! i
bet youll go in at 37 weeks just like you
did with your first!!!!!!!
i think thats appropriate weight
kristen was measuring exactly 6 pounds at
36 weeks 5 days

Yeah i have a feeling i'm going to go
sometime around 37 weeks. They way i've
been feeling i don't look at going till
christmas. I hope someone knows about the
fulid part. Kinda makes me nervous. The
office was closed today so i didn't get to
ask anyone. I hope i'm not leaking it. My
undies are always wet. So i don't know.
I'm trying to find something on it now.

i know that if you are leaking fluid or
you think you might that you can go to the
hospital and check I did that with my
first i was not sure if it was that or
something else and sure enough my bag of
water was leaking and i was put in the
hospital and they started me on PIT and
suff and then broke my water the rest of
the way. and i had my son a few hours
later I would call the hopsital and see
what they say hun. Better to be safe than
sorry. Let us know. I know they just
used some kind of paper thing to check
with me and it turned a color that says
its amnio leaking.

this is going to sound gross, but if you
think you're leaking fluid smell your
underwear. amniotic fluid has a very
distinct sickeningly sweet smell, you'll
smell it if that's what it is.

I don't get off until 1am. I could go in
after work. But wouldn't the plug have
some color to it?

When I was 40 weeks I went in for a
nonstress test and they took an ultrasound
and saw that my water was really low and
they made me stay and be induced within an
hour!
I had thought I could be leaking water but
never said anything about it because I
just thought it was a lot of
discharge..but I wish I would have said
something! It can be dangerous for the
baby! You should definately go in and get
it checked out!
