Knot On the Back of the Neck Posted: 11-24-07 22:54pm


I have this knot on the back of my neck, right under my hair line and centered on my spine. It causes me pain in the neck, shoulders and the back. It's about the size of a baseball. Can you help me, I'm only 18 and it has been on me since i was 12.

Has it changed in its appearance for that period of six years? When did you start to feel pain for the first time?
