Well it went very well, even though i only
have medicaid right now it was more then i
expected. They wanted to wait until 17
wesk to give me my ultrasound but they did
the doppler and my baby's heartbeat was
150 and they said that was good and all my
test came back good so now i go back in a
month to be measured

Yay! I'm glad all went well!
Congratulations on hearing the heartbeat!
How far along are you now? (I can't
remember!)

the doctor doesn't care what kind of
coverage you have. they get their money
either way, so i doubt they'd treat you
differently.
glad it went well. if you're into the old
wive's tale about heartbeats, it sounds
like you're having a boy.

Glad it went well.
And I don't understand the whole medicad
thing. Like Bridget it said, they get
their money no matter what you have. Why
are they treating you differently??

They don't anyone differently. Medicaid is
from the government. People who are on
medicaid get free and low cost health
insurance. It is a program based on your
income level and the amount of people in
your family.

Glad to hear that your visit went well.
Any problems so far with you as far as
like cramping, headaches, etc? We haven't
heard from you in a while and I was
starting to wonder where you went to.
Keep us updated Best of luck

In this case though, it isn't such a
terrible thing since Kira is getting her
own Ultrasound at the end of this month.
She can save up the other ultrasound to
find out the sex if the other one is too
early or the baby is not cooperative.
Eat something sugary before you go in,
Kira, so the baby is active.
