More Aches And Pains With New Diet - tired b/c of no carbs? Posted: 11-27-07 19:17pm
Hey there, i have recently started a new
diet, without changing my exercise
schedule. While i am losing wieght i am
also more tired and more sore for the
effort. Is this due to a defficiency in
protein or carbs? Is this normal?
