i was in the worst shape, i sleep 2 hrs a
nite, if that
would wake up goin to the emergency room,
feeling like im out of air and ready to
have a heart attack..i went to the
emergency 4 times in just a few days
7days later im well on my way, i haven't
had an aniexty attack for 2days and
getting better.
the answer is simple, you gotta think your
way out of it. what do i mean by that.
grab a piece of paper, jot down events in
your life that made you so relaxed, events
where you were care free. for me it was
when i was a child waking up at 6am to
play nintendo with my cousins all morning,
eating cereal and goin out to play with
them.. so carefree.
for 3 days striaght, i thought relaxing
thoughts,in bed and outside. real life
ones and made up ones.. ex: Walking thru a
forest seeing the sun so warm streaming
thru the trees and on you, blue skies,
birds chirping near by and play fighting,
i come to a stream that has a small
waterfall, then at the end of stream see a
shallow pool, dipping my self in, feeling
how warm it was and it felt like velvet
silk on my body. every swim i made it felt
like i was becoming more and more relaxed,
etc etc.
also think of an event that made you real
stressed and watch how your body starts to
re-act, your chest tighting, breathing
becomes difficult, your heart pounds,
throat closes..
try running up and down steps and breath
thru a small straw during free time,
realize even out of breathe you can still
breath thru a straw..
challenge all your fears and worries, you
wanna limit and remove your aniexty and
worries and all cost.
head to a park 3 times a day and admire
the scenary, trees moving in the wind,
sunlight. take it all in. add it to your
paper
buy stress relief aromatherpy.
wrap a warm blanket on your head.
run warm streaming water on your head in
shower, 3 times a day if possible.. for
about 20mins.
watch funny movies(humor releases a syrum
that fights against stress) not anything
that will get your nerves going..
wheat germ on cereal, its a type of wheat
with alot of zinc. zinc is lost when a
stressful situation occurs.
drink orange juice and cammoile
listen to calm music but you need to hear
or tell yourself relaxing thoughts with it
and goto bed with relaxing music on
i have two computer speakers that i plug
into my cd player, i play my motivation
talk cd and in my room while my stereo
plays relaxing music.,.
i have a section on my ipod with only
soothing music and i play it all nite.
stay away from nervous people or settings,
ex casino.
Breathe in nose, hold for 4seconds then
release from mouth, making a releasing
noise, feeling it on the tips of your
feet.
make yourself a cassette tape, cd with
these relaxing events, play it after
waking up and b4 bedtime..
basically, your head has rattled nerves
and they need to become relaxed
In the back of your head is a part of the
brain called the medulla. The medulla
affects breathing.. once the nerves around
the medulla get rattled, then aniexty
attacks occur. You need to relax the
nevers in your mind and you will return
back to yourself. Its not a 123 thing, i
spent nites thinking and not sleeping, i
was full time at it, thats why i got
better in only 7 days..
