Okay thanks tanya and cajunmama but the
planned parenthood here doesnt do ultra
sounds and doesnt tell you how far along
you are and that which really sucks
because I need to find out soon so I know
how much time I have to get emancipated
and find a different place. If anyone can
help I would greatly appreciate it im from
springfield,il!
You should really tell your parents! They
will be disapointed at first, but they
will come around, like the first time they
see their grandbaby on the screen or hear
its heartbeat! I mean right now I don't
know what I would do without my mother and
I am living with the father of my baby!
It would help things out so much more if
you were honest with them!
Good luck and best wishes

But...... Posted: 09-10-03 17:10pm
Thing is though my parents will ground me
for life...Im trying to get emancipated
soooo I can live with the father of my
baby because I know for a fact they would
never let me live with him if I told them
I was pregnant and wanted to move in with
him.

No you need to tell your parents! They
will ground you but they will be there for
you! You cant do it on your own with only
your boyfriend! Trust me! You need
them!!! Please tell them. No matter how
scared you are, you need to. You are not
an adult yet. Raising a baby is very
hard. You will already be grounded for
life having a baby anyways so whats the
difference? I cant believe you are making
these plans and they dont even know...

Why not? Because your not sure if you are
pregnant? Or your waiting to move out
first? That is not a good idea! Im
telling you! I know. Your not thinking
striaght because your scared. You should
not go behind your parents' back like
that. Didnt you know, what you do to your
parents, your kids do to you twice as bad?
Tell them soon, before you leave or
anything, you need to go to a doctor and
have your mom take you!
Sweetheart, I don't think you understand
how hard it is to live with your
boyfriend! I live my my boyfriend austin
and our relationship is great but
financially we are going to barely make
it! I was working 2 jobs right up until I
was put on bed rest 2 days ago and I am
17. Austin works a full time job from 8
am - 7 pm making $14.50 and he is 20 and
still trying to finish school. He is our
only income now and with me losing 2 jobs
at $6.75 and $5.50 apiece it is going to
be hell trying to make it until I get back
to work. I can't work until after the
baby and she isn't due until october 29th.
If it wasn't for my mom helping us, we
would be screwed. She helps me with my
screwy emotions and dealing with pregnancy
itself and without her I would be lost!
Austin is great don't get me wrong but
this is his first child too and he is as
lost as I am with this pregnancy! Talk to
your parents they won't hate you I swear!
They will also admire the guy if he is
good to you!
Good luck and best wishes

I do think that it's best to tell ur
parents asap since they will help you out
alot (or none), but either way, it's
better that they know now then later becoz
they might be hurt when they find out they
werent the first to know or if they werent
notified untill u r 4 months into ur
pregnancy.
