Yep. That is your plug and no, your doctor doesn't need to see you

My thought would be that it makes it easier for people to know what is inside the thread. Sometimes a lot of people just use a generic "HELP!" or some other such phrase as their title.
It may have been changed to give a better idea as to what was being asked.
