15 yrs old, high temp, blisters around vagina - STD?

scared
I am 15 and i just got over what the doctor called Influenza A. I had around 103 temperature. It lasted about 2 days. It is now day 3 and yesterday I noticed that i had about 4 blister like things around my vagina. They are very sore and it burns when i urinate. I am also on my period right now but that don't bother it. I have never had sex, made out or anything. The most I have ever done was peck kissed a boy and that was at the begining of the year. I travel to many of different schools because I am a cheerleader. I would like to know if this would be from the heat of my fever or if somehow i got some sexual disease, if you think its a sexual disease please tell me how i could have gotten this.
I don't want to tell my mom because i am afraid she won't believe me and she may never trust me again. She has always trusted me my whole life. I am an A student and I would never commit such an act. Please give me answers.

It seems unlikely you could get a sexually transmitted disease if you are not engaging in sexual activity.

If you are not sexually active, you probably don't have an STD. However, you should definitely see a doctor if this is causing you pain. It may be hard to tell your mother, but it is better to get medical attention if you are in pain then to let it slide out of fear. If she has trusted you your whole life, she should trust you when you say that you have a problem but it isn't because of sexual activity.

It could be HPV. Do you get warts anywhere? You could also have a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) which is why it burns. Go to the doctor, I had a UTI and that's why I had a fever, it had traveled to my kidney, which was fun. Warts like to pop up whenever, but usually when it's nice and warm, dark, and moist, so definitely keep down there nice and dry. HPV is a virus that causes warts and is not treatable. They have cream to get rid of warts, but the virus never goes away. If your mother has it, that is most likely where it came from, because that's how I got mine, yippie.
