Premature Ejaculation?

im a 34 year old male in perfect health. i
went for my physical yesterday. during my
exam i was asked to remove my shorts, i
was fine with the hernia exam and the
visual exam. i was then asked to lie on
the table. she then pulled my foreskin
down and i became erect quickly. i
expected her to end that part there but it
still continued.
i was becoming extremely embarrassed and
then i oozed a little fluid out. it felt
like an orgasm but not quite. first it
didnt shoot out like a normal orgasm but
kind of oozed out i guess. second it didnt
look like semen, this was clear and my
semen is normally cloudy. and lastly i
felt it but it wasnt as intense as other
orgasms ive had. and i also continued to
stay erect after this happened wich isnt
normal for me.
she didnt say anything about the fluid not
being normal, she just wiped me off and
continued. and i was really embarrassed to
ask about it. she did ask if that has
happened before and it has once. she told
the nurse to write down history of
premature ejaculation.
im kind of worried cuz i dont completely
understand the full meaning of what a
premature ejaculation is. the definition i
found was ejaculation before orgasm. but i
did kind of have an orgasm and the stuff
that came out wasnt sperm but a clear
fluid. i also didnt shoot it out like a
normal orgasm, it just oozed out like i
said.
i was under a lot of pressure too. i didnt
even want to undress in front of them to
begin and the nurse was a friend of my
sisters. the whole episode was completely
horrible for me.
if it wasnt a premature ejaculation then
what happened?
i hope someone can help me.

but my doctor didnt say anything about it.
she said it was just seminal fluid. she
didnt even take a sample , just wiped it
off me.

i called my sisters friend, the nurse that
was there and she said it looked like
pre-cum to her. she also said my pulse and
blood pressure were high because i was
obviously aroused. and to be honest they
were both attractive. and she said because
the dr was examining me while erect and
wasnt surprised that it happened. she
thinks it was an ejaculation. even the dr
called it an ejaculation, but she said it
was a premature ejaculation.

Just ignore him/her/it, clearly you were
aroused there for most likely it was
pre-cum, thats why you were still hard
afterwards. I wouldn't worry to much about
it!

ok. so you think it was an ejaculation?
now the second part of my question is if i
had a premature ejaculation why did it
feel like i had an orgasm. it wasnt a
strong orgasm but it did feel like one. my
sisters friend said the doctor was sure i
had a premature ejaculation when i called
her at home. i wanted to ask what that
meant but i was still kind of embarrassed
discussing this with her still. like i
said the definition i found of premature
ejaculation was one before an orgasm, i
felt like i did have an orgasm.

That is not a sign of aids at all. That is
silly.
It was pre-ejaculate- it often happens
when you're aroused or maturbating before
you really ejaculate. It's normal. It
happens to many guys. It's nothing to
worry about.
That sounds like a horribly embarrassing
experience for you though! I'm so sorry.
I still don't think it's anything to worry
about.

I wanted to add- it could've been a
premature ejaculation, but if you didn't
feel much, that seems unlikely. I don't
know. Either way, it's nothing to really
worry about.

understand what that means though. i
wanted to ask about but i was still
embarrassed. also after regular
ejaculations i dont stay erect afterwards,
this one i did stay erect.

Alle is a troll and trying to stir up

Premature ejaculation is just that- it
just means that you ejaculated very
quickly! There is a PE sticky with a lot
of men dealing with it on this topic. But
if it only happens once, that's not really
a big deal. I really just wouldn't worry.

thnx. it could have been worse! i could of
had a full orgasm right there! 
i should of said something to the doctor
about it but i didnt know what to say.
anyways i think she could tell what was
going on because she kept saying, "just
relax its almost over."
and when it did happen the dr and nurse
were both professional about it.

Yeah, it's possible that it could've been
a tiny little orgasm or something. But
