I am a virgin, not for religous reasons
really...although it was pressed into me
that NICE girls wait till marriage, I also
just feel as though I am not ready to
experience that with somebody. I would
just like to be prepared in case in the
future (if any of you have read my other
posts don't worry I am going to make him
wait awhile). The gyno said that I could
fit an IUD, because I want a non-hormonal
birth control. I am allergic to Latex or
else I would just use condoms.
I was just wondering anyone's experience
with IUDs?

I Love the IUD, as I cannot use hormonal
BC methods.
I am also allergic to latex.
I waited until I was engaged to have sex
the first time, after we had dated for
almost 2 years, it was very special!
IUD's that are non hormonal are extremely
safe. You may have a heavier period for
the first 2-3 months, but this never
happened to me. My periods stayed the
same, including my cramping level.

I took Vicodin, and for me it was
painless.
Some doctors will prescribe something very
string, others will not.
