Yep, she's pretty tiny but the doc said she looks very healthy! I honestly could have swore though that she would have weighed more than 19 lbs! Shane & I always guess before we go into the room & we both guessed right around 25lbs, she feels heavier than that, that's for sure!

That's awesome that Finn doesn't cry! The doc asked us today if we wanted Kaylee to have the flu shot but I wasn't sure so I said no. Did Finn have any bad side effects from that or anything?

this is probably one of those controversial topics, but i just read in parents magazine that it's highly recommended that they get them.

Oh ok, for some reason I had it in my mind that they do the 1st part then a week or so later they do the 2nd part. I have no idea where that came from though. I think I'm going to have her get it, so far I've found a lot more pros than cons about it, & with Shane working in a huge factory & always being around people, who knows what kind of germs he's bringing home!

Have any of yous ever heard of the EMLA patch (they also have a cream) Here in Canada they sell it at Wal-mart. You have to ask the pharmacy for it.

I love it and I highly recommend it. I used the patches for both my kids and it freezes the area so it really seems to make it less painful for them. I used the cream on my daughter's ears when she got them pierced and she didn't even cry.
