I saw the doctor this afternoon, and no progress. Nothing has changed here. I'm still 1 1/2 cm & 50% effaced. But I did get an induction date in the event I go overdue. So if nothing happens, the induction will be scheduled for Dec. 14 (OB's office has my due date down as Dec. 10 by LMP). That's next week Friday! It was kind of funny because I had a strong feeling at the beginning of this pregnancy that the baby would come on my dad's birthday, Dec. 14. Then, the doctor gave me 2 dates to choose from for the induction, Dec. 14 or Dec. 16. Well, I want to be done sooner rather than later, especially with having issues with anxiety & panic attacks and not being able to take anything for it, and it seemed almost like fate, so I chose the 14th. But maybe Tessa will surprise me and decide to come earlier on her own; I wouldn't mind!
