Could I Be Pregnant?

If I were 8 weeks pregnant (8 weeks from
conception, 10 weeks from lmp), could 2
blood tests come back negative? My problem
is, I don't know if I'm pregnant or not,
but I feel really weird. I've had 2
negative blood tests, 2 negative hpt's and
nothing found on ultrasound at 8 weeks. Is
it possible that I could still be prego???
I know this sounds stupid, but I am still
worried because I'm on birth control!

No your not an ultra sound would have told
you if you where pregnant even just a few
weeks. So No Not at all. stop worrying.
Take your birthcontrol correctly and you
will be just fine.

No. Blood tests would not be negative
after 10 weeks.

I think that it is pretty safe to say that
you are not pregnant. My last pregnancy
showed a nice strong heartbeat at 6.5 wks.

I have had 2 negative blood tests and the
ultrasound and I'm afraid to go back to my
doctor because they're gonna think I'm
nuts!!

Well, I am genuinely curious why someone
who has had all the testing done, would
continue to believe and FEAR pregnancy
when it is irrational?
To the OP, you are not the only one who
has come on these boards believing she is
pregnant even after testing has proved it
wrong time and time again. I'm really
interested to know why you personally feel
these tests would be wrong for only you
when they work on the entire population of
women at large? I'm also curious if you
are in a long term, committed
relationship.

I just have this fear that I am for some
reason! I think I'm stupid, and i shrug it
off all the time, but then I'll be doing
something and the thought will just pop in
my head again! I don't know why I think
that I am. I really just don' want to be
pregnant! And please don't tell me not to
have sex because I don't have sex anymore.
Here's the real deal. Me and my ex (he
wasn't my ex at the time), were fooling
around and he wanted to have sex, but I
didn't. I kept telling him no, but he kept
trying to have sex with me and so he was
inside of me for like 30 seconds and I
finally was able to push him off of me and
leave. So, I'm on birth control, and any
other time I wouldn't worry about it, but
I was a day late starting my pill pack two
days before the incident. So, I'm really
scared that I ovulated due to that and
that I've gotten pregnant. I know you guys
think I'm crazy, but it's really upsetting
me!! I'm only 18 AM NOT ready for a baby,
and that's why I'm not having sex anymore!

I wouldn't say not to have sex anymore -
but I will tell you that the chances of a
pregnancy from that encounter, even after
missing a single solitary pill, are so
low, I'm amazed your doctor even
considered giving you an ultrasound and
two blood tests. Honest. There is 1,000%
you are NOT pregnant.
Do you think maybe you think you are
pregnant a little to hold onto your
exboyfriend?

No, I don't want to be with him. For one,
I don't want to be forced to do things I
don't want to do, and two, I just flat out
can't stand the thought of being with him.
I just feel like my belly is getting
bigger, not a lot, but it's noticeable to
me, and I've gained 10 lbs in 3 weeks. And
another thing is, if you miss the pill at
the beginning of your pack it's even worse
than during the pack because you've
already gone 7 days without the active
pills. The weight gain could be because
my doc switched my pills and this is my
first month on them. I don't know. All I
know is I don't want a baby and I don't
want to be with my ex. I have a new
boyfriend now.

with your new pills. Stop stressing about
this. It isn't good for you or your new
relationship.

It sounds like an obsessive issue and not
really an issue with pregnancy - because
that has been proven to not exist. Maybe
you should talk to your doctor again.

ok so my boyfriend and i had anal sex
without a condom. he came inside my tush
(apparently just a little) and then pulled
out and came the rest of the way
im concerned becuz of the postion i was in
i was standing and he was behind me.
is it at all possible that the cum could
have made its way into my vagina do to my
position???
and doe it help to rinse off with cold
water??......please reply quickly i need
to no if i should buy the morning after
pill or not

uhm no it is not likely that you are
prego. EVen if you didnt rinse off
afterwards i doubt the sperm could crawl
out your butt and up your vagina.
I would def use a condom while having anal
though. That opens up a whole can of worms
in itself.

your not pregnant
please just stop haveing sex. you cant get
pregnant from anal sex and if you
seriously didnt already know that then you
dont need to be haveing sex at all
