The first day of my last cycle was aug 8,
which means i conceived aug 22, but my
doctor told me i exactly got pregnant two
weeks before i conceived which was on the
9th of aug im confused he said i was
ovualating waiting for the sperm to reach
the egg which means i was already two
weeks pregnant aug 22 can anyone clear
this up my due date is may 14 2007

i don't think your doctor explained things
very well.
they start counting from the first day of
your last period and most people with a
28-day cycle ovulate around day 14. so
when you conceive you're already
considered 2 weeks pregnant, then 2 weeks
later when you miss your period and test
you're already 4 weeks. confusing, i know.
so you conceived around aug 22, but you
start counting from aug 8.
