Natural Supplements And Add Posted: 12-06-07 11:53am
Has anyone tried natural supplements
instead of medication to control ADD? I
really do not want to go straight to
medication with out trying to monitor the
lifestyle first. Any suggestion?

Diet Therapy For Adhd Posted: 01-01-08 20:12pm
I just finished an ebook that addresses
diet therapy for ADHD. Since the site is
new, I have few testimonies. I would love
to send you a copy of the book, as well
the bonus ADHD cookbook in exchange for
your honest assessment. Drop me an email
and I'll send it right over. I think you
will find the information very useful.
Blessings to you,
Christine Abraham

Elimination diet works well, also
cookbooks already out there, such as
diabetic or celiac cookbooks can work
wonders for a person with AD/HD becuase
they can get rid of sugars that over-run
the bloodstream.
Eliminate ALL high fructose corn syrup,
all drinks besides water and 100% orange
juice or 100% apple juice and white flour
and its products.

adhd and kids Posted: 01-19-08 06:09am
well all i can say is these kids are a
blessing, they are here to build and
strenthen us, yes i along as many ohters
would like a gold medal thankyou.well done
parents.
Our son, process of elimination with his
diet was our key, no preservatives.
sodium nitrate was a trigger(processed
meats)colourings, additives all nastys.he
couldnt even have bread.
I have him on a tsp daily of Flaxseed
oil-linseed. and magnesium with multi
vitamin.(which has helped wiht athsma also
We had 10 years of extreemly difficult
and many tears on my behalf but now we are
winning. and homeschooling. i said i
could have had 10 kids and that one would
have been more demanding than the lot.
He is now 13 and we are dealing wiht
normal teenage stuff.
I also found discipline a huge key and
making him aware of himself and how he
looks to others, at 12 he finally
understood. he was very good at pressups,
rarely now does he need them

Attend Supplement for ADHD Posted: 01-25-08 10:52am
Ethan has used Attend for a number of
years. It's quite good. We tried a number
of other supplements before that didn't
seem to do the trick. The site we buy from
offers a money-back guarantee but some
sites don't. I would make sure you buy
from a site that offers the guarantee.

for another. Such is ADD...

supplements and ADHD Posted: 01-28-08 01:18am
I have a son with ADHD and LD. He is very
bright. He started on strattera but became
depressed taking it. We have a family
history of mental disorders so this was
not all that shocking to me. Our doctor
put him on another med to counter act the
depression. Then the aggression started.
So let's try another med. You get the
picture.
I decided to try supplements. There are
many out there. Studies are showing that
fish oil is extremely effective. Alpha-GPC
is a choline supplement that is effective.
MindCare by Himalaya is another product
used for ADHD. All of these supplements
take time to be efficacious. I could go on
and on. I have been using supplements for
quite awhile for various things. If you
want more info, let me know.

Supplement are good if you get the right
one from companies that still have
integrity and are not just out there to
try to just make a profit from making
synthetic supplements. The underlining
factor is that supplement are good for you
when they come from raw plant source which
still have energy from when it was
harvest. The energy that it accumulated
from its life cycle determines it healing
factor on you. There’s many other method
which work much faster then supplement to
heal the body naturally that can help
naturally heal the symptoms a person is
having now and prevent them from ever
obtaining it to begin with.

A quick update of things I have been
learning. I have found out that essential
fatty acids are possibly a good way to
address ADD (they are proven to help brain
development). I have been giving my son a
product called Vitabase Focus Formula
which is a multi-vitamin with essential
fatty acids. The results have been
great--no notes from the teacher for some
time.
