hey so for the past month and half so far i have had really bad nausea. so when i went for my appt i asked my doc about it. my other doc had given me phenagran ( i dont remember how to spell it!) but it made me sicker and way way way sleepy. my new doctor recommened to take a Vitamin B-6 50mg and a 1/2 of a unisom tablet before bed each night. he said it should help!

has anyone else tried this? or heard of it.. just curious the success with this

I tried it and it did absolutely nothing for me. I lost 25 pounds the first three months of pregnancy. I couldn't keep down anything besides popsicles. I ended up taking the generic drug for Reglan, I forget the name though. It is one of the safer drugs. I really didn't want to take anything but i had to. I was that sick for both of my pregnancies. Something that took the edge off of the naseau was Ginger Altoids. Good luck, hope you feel better.

Unisom
I actually took half a unisom and half a B-6 vitamin twice a day for my whole pregnancy with my first. It worked great!! They prescribed me something else that worked ok, but it was super expensive. The Unisom works great and it's deffinitly a lot cheaper!
