gut. What are your suggestions for losing
some body fat and gaining some muscle, I

How tall are you. 160 isn't much if your
like 5'10. It is a lot of you are 5'0. I
don't have much time, so if you wish, I'll
explain it in detail later, but what I
will say at the moment is. Mix of
cardiovascular exercises (swimming would
be preferred), and multijointed exercises
with weights in repetitions of 12+ with
minimal break.

Really, anyone who has really worked out
will tell you that losing that stomach fat
equals only one thing, DIET. I always
laugh when I see guys at the gym doing sit
ups while holding weights or medicine
balls. This does NOTHING. All you're
doing is increasing the size of the
stomach, because it's a muscle. Area work
does not get rid of fat, only dieting
does. Of course, exercise speeds this up,
but it's only about 15% of the actual
process of getting cut. You can't dictate
where it goes away from either, your body
takes it away as it takes it away,
everyone is different in that regard.
Some people lose from the arms first,
others the stomach, the only way is to
diet and exercise, diet being primary.

Get yourself a Dance Dance Revolution mat
and go to town.
I'm joking, but DDR really is some good
cardio. If you couple that with a major
diet change (and some alternative
exercise) you could be slim fast.

Ha, yeah, it actually is quite a good
workout. I saw the number 22 in the world
player at an arcade once. Wow. He was a
barrel of sweat when he finished, feet
moving like a blur. Remember the old NES
Power Pad? Ahhh, good old days of video
game exercise.

Yes I do. Good ol' Track and Field.
Keep your eyes peeled, because I'm
shooting for the number 1 spot in DDR.
Training starts Jan. 7.

Incorrect, it will increase body mass if
you work out in a certain way. Lifting
weights in general, depending on how you
do it, provides different results.

I find cardio is the best, remember, that
the most important muscle in your body is
your heart.
