Need Asthma Meds W/o Steroids Posted: 12-09-07 02:43am
okay so im on 2 asthma meds, asthmanex and
singular, im also on an older
antihistemine and allegra.i also have a
rescue inhaler. i stll cant walk up more
then 5 flights of stairs or run in the
cold air and i am an athelete...my doctors
keep trying to put me on steroids and i
cant use them for the mere fact im super
sensitive to them...i get very antsy and
shakey on them.. i also still have
horrible allergies and get sinus
infections like crazy.. i recently stopped
taking all my meds just for the fact that
even being on them for months and a few of
them for years that they just arent
helping...anyone have any help for me im
getting tired of the chest pains

Do you usually have allergic rhinitis that
leads to sinusitis, sinusitis that leads
to new asthma attack or worse asthma?
What type of allergies you suffer from?
Do you have allergy-induced asthma?
