On Bc but Pregnant? When to Take the Test? Posted: 12-10-07 00:40am
Im on Bc Havnt had my period for 2
months, I took a pregnancy test last month
and it came out -. Idk if its because of
the bc or if i could be pregnant. My bf
pulls out, but i figuard with that and bc
i would be okay, i dont beleave he has
ever came inside of me, but you never
know. So i decided i want to take another
test
For the test. ive read its better to take
a pregnancy test in the morning.. but its
been atleast 2 weeks since ive had sex
(and at least 2 months since ive had my
period) could i take it any time since its
been a while, or should i wait till
morning?

Depending on what kind of BC you are
taking, it can change the frequency of
your cycles, how long they last, and if
they occur at all. Although it is rare,
it is possible to get pregnant on BC.
The pull out method is not an effective
way of preventing pregnancy. You can
still get pregnant from pre-ejaculatory
fluid that he cannot control.
It is possible that you could be pregnant,
although it is unlikely. Pregnancy tests
have gotten much more advanced, and can be
used any time of the day: you do not have
to use your morning urine as the test will
probably say in the instructions.

I would think whatever bc you are taking
has to do with the missed periods. Check
it out with your dr or pharmacist. If you
want to test again you can probably test
at anytime. It is good you use both
methods, it's an going the extra mile! Two
methods is always better than one! Me and
my husband use pull out and I'm on bc. But
remember pull out itself is not a good
method!!!
