Bridget, if I remember correctly, you and
I weigh about the same (you might be a bit
more now seeing as you're currently
growing a brand new human being and all)
so I understand why you feel fat
but the truth is that yes, we may not be
what the doctor's charts say we should be
but we're not exactly being crane-lifted
out of our bedroom windows are we? Your
mother must have been having serious
PMT/Menopausal crazees or she's just
thoughtless and got issues herself with
weight.
You're a very attractive woman and that is
a fact - that's not just being 'nice'.
Don't be so hard on yourself. Finish
cooking that baby and then you can
concentrate on losing some weight IF YOU
WANT TO. Don't lose too much though.
Curves are great and they always will be

thank you so much, everyone. i still feel
awful about yesterday but all your
comments have made me feel better. some
even brought tears to my eyes!
her comment came right before we went
shopping for maternity clothes and i
couldn't find anything that fit, so that
just made it much worse.
i just don't get why she would have even
suggested it. i've shown in the past that
weight watchers works for me and i plan on
going right back to it once esme is born.
i don't know where i got my tact and
scruples from, but it was apparently not
from my mom.
i love you girls!

stupid. nothing ever fits right and it
seems no matter where i get them from i
get oatmeal butt. i was thinking about you
while driving macy to school, i was still
in awe that your own mother would hurt
your feelings so much
