Call Me Lame - Need Assistance Posted: 12-10-07 17:00pm
I am stressing at which one of these
wedgits to get! Wedgits are so neat. My
four year old played with them once at a
doctor's office and loved them. He is SO
good at puzzles and these type of
activities. He does those things for
HOURS. It will keep my husband and child
entertained for hours - which is the
point!
Which one would you get, the explorer pack
or the wedgit to go pack?? These things
are extremely expensive so I just don't
know. The explorer pack states age 8+
probably because the pieces are smaller
but I don' t know for sure. It doesn't
state that the pieces are "dangerous" for
younger children. It does say, Made in
China so it may be dangerous for all ages.

I like the To Go pack, personally. It'd be
easier to store and take places, too,
since it comes with its own storage case.
The To Go pack says 3+, so I'd also feel
better about giving that to a 4 year old,
even though he is very smart.

Yep i agree with Nat.. its seems a lot
easier to transport having the container,
plus theres something to store them all in
after hes done playing.. the other ones
look too small for a kid his age.. they
still have a tendancy to put stuff in
their mouths.

Great! Thanks guys. I will get the one
with the storage case. At least if we find
out he really doesn't like it, we are not
out $90!!
I am ordering tonight.

Plus, if he likes them, you can save the
eXplorer Pack for his next birthday or
next Christmas or some other gift-giving
occasion like that. That way, he can be
truly excited to get them because he
already loves to play with them.

in building and how things work than
action figures and cheesy toys. i hope
liams like that but hes already in love
with cars and balls.

Never seen them before. Might get them for
Jay, hes almost 5. Not sure if he'll find
them boring though.
