I have an 8 y/o granddaughter who had
encephalits as a newborn. She has been
taking seizure medications all her life.
Last evening she had a night of terror.
She said she saw bugs crawling over her
and in her room, she was found by her
mother in the bathroom climbing the wall
trying to get away from the bugs. One
doctor said she was in a sleep relm, and
not to worry-her last lab work was within
the mid range.
Called the family doctor and she was
concerned that she may have complex
seizures.
It was a very strange evening and we do
not know what to do. Her counselor has
been notified of the night terror.
